I started PURE ACTIVE with one simple mission: to help people get healthier, fitter, and more confident in their own skin.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve developed training and nutrition programs that have helped numerous people achieve fitness goals they never thought possible.
10 years ago, I could barely run 1km. Today, I’ve completed numerous half-marathons, marathons, and ultras, with personal bests of 17 minutes in the 5K and 1:20 in the half-marathon—all while maintaining upper body strength and functional fitness through consistent gym work.
As a fully-qualified Nutritionlist and a Personal Trainer, I’ve helped clients run their first 5K, improve their overall fitness, shed those excess kilos, and feel amazing in their own bodies.
